hurdle was getting people to trust her new method of a sunless
tanning. Most consumers had a predefined vision of how all-sunless
tanners worked. Unfortunately, consumer associations with these
products were often personal bad experiences or " hand me down" horror
stories of how someone else was totally humiliated with a sunless
tanner.

the credibility of being a professional make up artist made it easier
for people to give her idea a try. Once completed people were so amazed
by her new "airbrushed tan" that word quickly spread across the
country.
